Our Congregation's Governing Document
Episcopal congregation bylaws are internal corporate rules that govern a local parish's temporal affairs, subject to state law and the higher authority of the national church's and diocese's constitutions and canons.
Our Bylaws were revised and updated by the vestry during the 2025-2026 season, approved by the Constitutions and Canons Committee of the Diocese of Easton by canonical requirement, and adotped at a special congregational meeting on September 20, 2026.
