Christ Church Award to Lifetime Wells
Christ Episcopal Church in Denton, MD recently presented Lifetime Wells International with a check for $1415. Christ Church raised the money during their annual Summerfest FUNdraiser,
which raffles off a bushel of steamed crabs and steamed shrimp generously supported by Blough’s Seafood.
Senior Warden Tracy Berrigan states “Each year Christ Church chooses a different non-profit organization in our community to support. We believe strongly in outreach. Even though we run a deficit budget each year, we follow the teachings of Jesus Christ to reach out to those in need. We are so happy to have Lifetime Wells International as our fundraiser recipient this year. The work they do in Africa to bring clean water to communities and, more recently
ophthalmology care, is so very important and it aligns with our mission statement.”

Inclusion and Diversity
We affirm that all people are created in the image of God, and, as God's children, we all are worthy of God's love and grace.
We proclaim the full inclusion of ALL in the life and ministries of Christ Church, as we journey to becoming the people of God's intent through Jesus Christ.
And we invite & welcome ALL to join us in our faith journey toward greater love, understanding, and mutual respect.
"But Jesus said, Suffer little children, and forbid them not, to come unto me: for of such is the kingdom of heaven." Fr Matt shares the preparation for Holy Eucharist this Easter with young members of our church.
